Hello there i sneezed out a big ball of snot mixed with hard blood do u know what this could be?

Usually this is just: Related to some local tissue(mucosal) irritation in the nasal cavity. It can be from dry mucous membranes or from allergic inflammation but can also be from an infection. It can even be from "picking" your nose too much! I would keep an eye on if this is happening more otherwise review this issue with your doctor.
