Cervix?: When you say very very low does that mean deep inside of your vagina? If so, that structure is your cervix the doorway to the uterus. You can google it to see what I am referring to. It feels firm and has hole in the center which is called the Os. If you are referring to near the opening of the vagina the duct is the urethra (pee hole) and the ball might just be a small growth or excessive tissue
