Bloody nose: nosebleeds are common due to dryness removing dry mucous can leave blood vessels exposed . taking blood thinners such as aspirin gingko celexa (citalopram) may predispose to bleeding certain blood conditions have also increase risk such as Vonwillebrandt witch is inherited. aggressive use of nose sprays carry a tendency to cause bleeding I recommend moisturize such as a netti pot see ENT MD
