Increased urine: Sudden onset passing more urine could be a sign of urine infection or diabetes, or prostrate infection or certain other hormonal disorders .Please see your doctor

27/f got up to do something had no urge to pee sat down for a min as i got up urine came out no burning or pain happens often why? Cant hold it....
What's wrong with me? In order to get a pee I always need to be bent over, hold my breath and focus to stand a chance at starting/maintaining a stream. When I cant do ALL of these things I can never get more than 50% out, if I can even start at all?
