Dandruff does not: typically lead to hair loss, so i would see a board certified dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. There are many products used to treat dandruff, but you need to confirm this is what you have. Also there is no cure only control of the dandruff. OTC i love P and S shampoo and solution. Hope that helps
