Cerelle/cilest: both are progesterone based medications ---so the side effect will be similar: Serious side effects are: blood clots-- this is increased if you are older>35 especially if you smoke---also liver effects in some individuals: Common side effects: mood alterations,decreased sex drive,depression,headaches,breast pain increase weight Everyone is different so which side effect you get will vary
