having a bit of hard time breathing. i don't know if its a part of my anxiety or not. i haven't eaten anything different or anything. should i worry?

Could be anxiety, but...: See your doctor first, to rule out other causes. If your breathing is shallow and rapid, this could be the result of anxuety. This could in turn cause even more anxiety.

Yes: This sounds just like anxiety. Getting an EKG is a good choice Rule out cardiac issues, would recc seeing a counselor or psychiatrist
