Drug ?: You don't by any chance smoke or inhale meth or coke do you ? Have you talked with your doctor about this ? You may also have idiopathic cardiac arrhythmia.

Chest pain: There are many causes of chest pain and high heart rate, some of them benign and some like heart attack and pulmonary embolus very serious. Over the web no way to tell, see your doc.
