May be blood: I assume this is rectal discharge. This may be blood. If there is red it is likely coming form thew lower tract. If there is itch it may be hemorrhoid. Since there is little information this response may not be accurate. You should see your provider and have the nature of this discharge clearly defined then have a full GI evaluation if needed. Do not ignore the symptom.
