Inner ear: You may have a focal inner ear issue, such as benign paroxysmal vertigo, Meniere's, or perhaps otolithic imbalance affecting one ear. This should definitely be investigated by an otolaryngologist, and maybe MRI films can reveal answers. There are many explanations for your symptoms, and most are benign, and easily treated.
