every night when i lay down and close my eyes even before i fall asleep i feel like my bed is shaking....what could be causing this?

Inner Ear problem: seems very likely. If you lie down during the day, does the same thing happen? The fluids in your inner ears reposition when you do this, and that can cause strange dizziness symptoms, like these. An ENT could sort it out. But look at dizziness-and-balance.com and maybe you can find your problem there and a suggested treatment. Good luck!
