i am having extreme sciatic pain along with lower abdominal pain. frequent bowel movements with little output. diarrhea/waterlike stool. ?

Pain: it sounds that you are having significant symptoms. I am assuming that your diarrhea is being caused because of your back pain. If that is the case you should be seen urgently.
