Depends: In the first trimester if the LMP and US differ by 7 or more days then we usually use the US. Second trimester may be off by as much as 14 days before changing the due date and the third trimester is very inaccurate. Ask your OB or midwife what your final due date is based on comparing your US and LMP. Your final EDD or EDC will allow you to calculate your gestational age.
