Infertility ?'s: Spotting on day 22-24 may in fact be "implantation" bleeding, but there is little one can do to ensure normal growth at this stage of possible pregnancy. At age 39, there are genetic factors which can affect the viability of a fertilized egg, and early miscarriage is certainly possible. A reproductive endocrinologist may be a good referral for you at this point.
