GYN: You must contact your GYN for a pelvic exam and ultrasound. The constipation is not related to your issue.

Pain and pressure: It is likely that the ovarian cyst has not yet resolved if it was the cause of your full pain, pressure, and constipation. It is also possible throat the constipation is causing the other symptoms and not the ovarian cyst. Try increasing your fiber and fluid intake to help with the constipation ( exercise helps too) and follow up with your doctor as recommended. Good luck. Hoe this helps some.
