If it's very big: An ovarian dermoid cyst that is big (perhaps 10 cm or more) could cause constipation and bloating. Other types of ovarian tumors might be more likely to cause those symptoms. If those GI symptoms are significant, ovarian cancer might be something your doctor would want to rule out. Be sure you get followup.
