Difficult to say.: Most likely nevus. Show it to a urologist to make sure that it is not melanoma, especially if they are changing in appearance or increasing in size.

Angiokeratomas: These spots can be what are called angiokeratomas. These are a kind of bubble of the veins something like small varicosities. They occur frequently and do not necessarily represent disease of any kind.
