Thyroglobulin antibodies is at 2. what does that mean?

Not much: You need to tell us what number is considered abnormal. In many labs negative is <1, but is some the negative range is much higher. In any event, a level of 2 is only mildly abnormal. This is a nonspecific test. It may indicate a tendency toward autoimmune thyroid disease, but can also be seen in many normal people as they age. It is a marker, not a disease.
