Take one day at time: Pregnancy can be very stressful. But just remind yourself that this is only a temporary stress. One ideal way to deal with the stress is to talk to someone who is close to you about what is making you stress. Sometimes just talking lowers your stress level. Try to stay fit and eat well. You could also go to a pregnancy class where people can help you learn about the various stages of pregnancy
