Not advised: Paroxetine has been definitely shown to have a risk of fetal harm, so really should NOT be used in pregnant women unless there is very strong reason that the benefit outweighs the risk. In the US it is category D; this decision should only be made with the help of a physician who knows you well and is familiar with this kind of drug AND with pregnancy. Best wishes.
