Cycle: Your lab numbers are different, but I believe your TSH is high suggesting hypothyroidism. If so correcting this will improve your condition.

Ovarian failure?: You did not mention if you have ever had your period. I will assume that you did. If the LH and FSH levels are in IU/L units, and you are not pregnant, they are very high and indicate that your ovaries are not functioning. This can occur because of the immune system attacking your ovaries. The TSH is mildly high, suggesting that you may also have autoimmune thyroid disease. See your doctor.
