Calories: It really comes down to getting calories. If you can't eat because of upset stomach or belly pain then see your doctor to figure out why. Start keeping a log of what you are eating so that you can really measure the calories you're taking in. Maybe it's not as much as you think. Eating disorders are common in young women, too, so please see a counselor if you think you are struggling in that way.
