Hard to say w/o exam: Left lower quadrant abdominal pain (LLQ AP) has many causes. Diverticulitis (inflammation of a pocket of the colon) is a leading cause. Stercolith ulcers r another possibility. If after a complete exam & labs the cause is not evident, then u may need to see a GI. While gastroparesis is not a common cause of LLQ AP, it can't be ruled out. Neither can spleen or pancreas problems or a stomach ulcer.
