No: Such pain could be the result of rupture of the corpus luteum of pregnancy which can cause some bleeding and pain. If the pain is more persistent other reasons which need to be ruled out would include a tubal pregnancy. This is a serious condition that can cause massive bleeding and even death. Sometimes an ovary may twist and block the arterial supply to the ovary (Torsion). So, get seen soon!
