Re-test: The stomach cramping may be a side-effect of the antibiotics and breakthrough bleeding on birth control pills is a common symptom of chlamydia. Did your partner get treated before having sex again? It is essential that everyone be treated in order to cure STDs. A test to confirm cure would be a good idea. Hope this helps.

Get retested: Hard to say but you could have a pelvic infection causing the cramps and bleeding. I would suggest a recheck with possible retesting. Good luck
