Had cortisone for medial plica 1.5 weeks ago. still painful. should next step really be surgery? not reading good things about the outcome.

If not willing to-: accept the risks, you need do nothing, but your symptoms will not get better. repeated steroid injections will cause damage to the joint surfaces. it's a great drug, but a double edged sword, beware!
