Liver lesion: Many questions. Without more information, the answer is "Yes" & this should not be ignored. Is there a known problem of Hepatitis C, chronic use of alcohol, past cancer problems (Lung, Breast, Intestine?), recent abnormal blood tests? Someone with a lesion like this should followup carefully with his or her doctor.
