My dad has very low body tempretature ( 34.4 celcious), he had fever and flue for 2 days beforehand?

Temp: How is he feeling. If he is feeling better this can be associated with the body healing, However if he is feeling worse it could be an infection on top of the flu. Pneumonia would be the most likely thing if that be the case.
