UTI? STD?: These two problems may have nothing to do with each other. However, scabies sometimes is acquired from sex partners, therefore STDs are more common in people with scabies. Small urine amounts and blood can be due to gonorrhea or chlamydia, or a non-STD urinary tract infection. See a doctor. If at risk for STD (new partner, etc), Australia's national health sexual health centers are superb!
