Why??: The azithromycin dose to treat chlamydia is 2 grams taken at once or 250mg twice a day for 5 days.It should be taken as soon as the diagnosis is made.I can't imagine why u would pulverize it and take it with vinegar 7 days later and how do u know that 50 mg and not 25 or 100 mg was lost? To be safe, get a new prescription and take it right away. It is available as a liquid if pills are a problem
