Go see your doctor: Or go see doctor who specializes in hair loss/replacement. Hair loss can be genetic as well as hormonal. Don't forget stress, thyroid & infections. But if hormonal, check for Dht (dihydrotestosterone) & testosterone. Too much male hormone in women can cause this. Birth control pills & spironolactone can sometimes help combat androgenic effect. And check to be sure t not rubbing off from partner.
