See a doctor ASAP: This sounds like a serious infection, maybe pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), which is usually due to chlamydia or gonorrhea. PID can lead to an abscess that can drain into the uterus or vagina. Regardless of cause, you need to be professionally evaluated immediately, with the likelihood of needing antibiotics and maybe even hospitalization and/or surgery. Good luck!
