Possibly: It depends on the STD and what's going with that person's mouth as in cut with some blood or obvious lesion involving the mouth. Overall the risk is likely rather low unless you have an area of skin breakdown around your breast or you touched the saliva and transferred it to mucous membrane like your mouth, eye, or own genitals.
