Can vs. should: Of course you can. The question is whether you should. Ideally, oral sex should be a love-making act and it would therefore make sense only to have sex with someone you love. Like genital sex, oral sex carries some risk of acquiring a sexually transmitted disease and so you should be careful with whom you have sex in order to reduce the risk.

No: There is some evidence that the motility and morphology along with the count of the sperm decrease with age, but there are still 'healthy' sperm in the ejaculate which can fertilize a healthy egg.

What is the cause that men suffer from sperm vacuole?

Defect of sperm...: Formation. During a workup for male infertility, the sperm are examined microscopically for any malformations. Recently, higher magnifications have been used and have identified sperm vacuoles, which are bubble like inclusions in the sperm head that are associated with lower rates of egg fertilization. The exact cause is unknown, but a problem with packaging of the dna seems to be the cause.
