I took plan b on the 26th (my 2nd one in the same cycle). my period was due on the 28th. i didnt get it. when is the earliest i can take a preg test ?

7 days after period: The earliest you could take your pregnancy test with accurate results would be about 7 days after the beginning of your period. So if your period started on Jan 28th you could take the pregnancy test on Feb 7 and/or Feb 8 for the best results. Of course if you have your period anytime now and the 7th of Feb a pregnancy test would not be necessary.
