Yes Normal: It sounds like you might have experienced a minor vaginal abrasion. If there is not enough lubrication during sexual intercourse, vaginal abrasions can occur and small tears can occur which can bleed. One way of improving lubrication is through longer sessions of foreplay and if need be you could also use personal lubricants.
