What can cause sharp pain just under the right breast into the middle of back? also when bottom of right breast is touched, it felt sore.

Right breast pain: Could be costochondritis ( rib inflammation-usually benign),orbreast lesion, gallbladder /gastritis (though gastritis is more to the left), constipation,rarely pancreas. Any shortness of breath on breathing? Less likely but could be clot. F/U with doctor urgent care within 72 hours, get a mammogram.
