See a specialist: Allergist/Immunologist, would help you by first listening to your history examine you and order some tests,you could be simply having allergies to something in your envieonment causing repeated upper / respiratory tract inflammation, check aaaai.org / acaai.org for an allergist/immunologist in your area, good luck
