Orange/yellow veggie: vegetables that are yellow or orange in color are your best dietary sources of beta carotene. Carrots would be an example. Caution if you overdo it a lot you can see your skin get a bit of an orange hue. It is temporary if it occurs. Just cut back on the amount you eat. But you must eat a lot of these vegetables to have this happen.
