I assume: You mean pronator teres syndrome. Realize for this issue, which is rare, usually the first option of treatment is avoiding/minimizing the activity that is causing the symptoms. If surgery is necessary I've seen some surgeon's reports a 90+% success rate of resolution of symptoms.
