Reflux esophagitis: This condition may be managed conservatively with Dietary precautions (avoiding caffeine, Alcohol), Large and late meals. A trial of Prilosec or Mylanta routinely 3x a day may help. In unresponsive cases, then you need to see an endoscopy GI Clinic to check your gastro-esophageal junction.
