Likely not: If the dog had rabies it would have died or gone wild by now. Rabies is a viral illness that is spread when a rabid animal bites and infects another animal. The rabies virus spreads rather quickly so it is unlikely your dog has rabies. I would advise you vaccinate your dog against rabies to protect the dog and the general public.
