Not likely: If you have been taking your birth control pills consistently for the last 5 years, and you are still having periods. Then no could not be pregnant. I understand that you are concerned regarding a single day of menstrual flow versus the 3 days. But as long as your are having some menstrual flow then pregnancy is not possible.
