Be careful: temazepam and alprazolam are in the same class of medications called benzodiazepines. They are habi-forming sedative-hypnotic medications that are prescribed for sleep, anxiety, and sometimes other conditions. The combo of three anxiety meds: temazepam, alprazolam, and sertraline, should be done with good medical supervision. Ask your doctor about non-drug ways of treating anxiety.
