Results are reliable: The store would have taken the test kits off the shelf if the experiation dates had passed. And experiation dates are soft; it's not that the test becomes unreliable, only that longer periods have not been tested. And the chance of 3 false negative tests is nil. Finally, if you had HIV for 11 years, you probably would be very ill, maybe even dead by now. So you can be confident you don't have HIV.
