Some don't agree: But personally, I like acetaminophen. If your liver is fine, and you don't drink alcohol or eat raw shell fish with it, you should be fine. Max dose is 3000 mg per day. If you take 1000 mg at a time, you should space it out every 8 hours (three times per day) and that would also mean no more than 6 total of 500 mg tab per day.
