Can't : HPV is sexually acquired. If the your hypothesis is accurate, then the logical conclusion--provided you and significant other remain monogamous--is that HPV will not be acquired.

Faulty memory: You can't get HPV off a toilet seat.One of you or both must have had anotther exposure. There are a few rare cases passed at birth when a kid travels down a birth canal and is exposed that way, but this is the wart strains and it shows up by their 2nd birthday.It would then remain in your system forever.
