How much stress exactly is needed to stunt growth?

Any/All: There is no exact answer but "stress" is a very different thing to each person. When a person feels stressed it is not healthy for them. Good stress reducers are exercise and avoid the stressors.

Stress should not: Stunt growth but it can cause hair loss, palpitation , high blood pressure , insomnia, fatigue, anxiety etc. Lighten up and enjoy life . Stay active and find pleasure in simple things . Take care!

No specific measure: How much we are affected by different kinds of stress, what kinds of stress bother us most, and how we show those reactions to stress all vary very much from person to person. Plus, there is no objective way to measure stress, and what is very stressful to me might be no big deal to you (or vice versa). If you have concerns about whether you or someone is growing right, talk to your doctor.
