85 yr lady. taking plavix 75x1 day , zantac (ranitidine) 150 mg x 2 day. reduced zantac (ranitidine) to 100 mg x 2 day, due to gi upset. can she reduce it to 75 mg/ 2 day.

Plavix (clopidogrel) and H2blocker: You can reduce it but the Zantac (ranitidine) should help stomach upset if the problem is acid related.
