More reliable test: Depending on your previous menstrual habits, it is possible that your last period was too short or hardly noticeable and your are about to have the next one or you may be pregnant but the test you ran was unreliable. If you have a strong reason to suspect that you are pregnant, then you need a more reliable (in lab) preg test
